From 1998 to 2007 I was a Vice President and a lecturer of one University in Battambang Province. In 2007 I also graduated Master Degree in Business Administration of one University in Battambang. From 2008 to 2009 I was a General Manager of King Chanlay Mfone Shop west regions. At the same time and year, I was also an assistant of Mr. King Chanlay, who was the representative of Battambang Chamber of Commerce.
